Barbara A. Mercer, President and Principal Consultant
Ms. Mercer joined the company in 1993. She consults with clients on records management needs and technologies and develops technical resources. She specializes in process design, audit control, electronic information management integration, and accounting and financial reporting standards.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Mercer gained extensive business experience over a fifteen-year period, which included serving as a large accounting firm's staff auditor and as a computer trainer.
She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the
University of Houston in 1980.
