WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council) Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBENC) was founded in 1997 with a commitment to advancing the success of Corporate Members, certified women’s business enterprises (WBEs), and government entities in partnership with its Regional Partner Organizations.

HUB (Historically Underutilized Business)Information Network International has been affiliated with the HUB Program since 2004. The Program is an advocate for businesses at least 51% owned by a minority and/or American woman who are U.S. citizens and Texas residents.
The State of Texas HUB Program is designed to facilitate the participation of minority and women-owned businesses in state agency procurement opportunities. The program is composed of various initiatives designed to produce full and equal participation by minority and women-owned businesses in the state’s procurement process. PHA (Port of Houston Authority)The Port of Houston generates nearly $7 billion in business activity annually. As an entity, the Port of Houston realizes the potential in alliances with small businesses so its initiative is to aid small businesses and expand its own in a myriad of ways and one method is the development partnerships and relationships with small companies. PHA recognizes Small Business Enterprises.
