InSight EveryWhere is a Web app that provides you with a fast and simple way to manage physical and electronic business records. The easy-to-use interface allows you to take advantage of its rich feature set quickly.
Perform extensive searches
InSight EveryWhere offers extensive search capabilities. Run new or existing queries and filter search results in real time. You can build and save sophisticated queries as well as change or delete existing queries. Administrators can create a default query for internal and external customers.
View and work with records
InSight EveryWhere provides you with multiple ways to view and work with records. From a single screen you can filter search results, check-out multiple records, and add new attachments. With the DataSheet wizard you can create multiple, reusable data grids. The wizard allows you to include as many columns as you want and sort them in ascending or descending order. Preview the results until the DataSheet is exactly the way you want it then save it for future use.
Process requests
Processing requests to add, check-out, and interfile records has never been easier. From a single view, you will see pertinent information such as request date, requester, instructions, barcodes, and locations. Find the precise requests you need to fulfill by further narrowing results by request date, requester, current location, and assigned location.
